Kevin Stranahan, CPP, PCI, PSP

Kevin Stranahan earned his Certified Protection Professional (CPP) in April 2015, Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) in April 2016 and his Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification in November 2017. Kevin has been a member of ASIS International since November 2013 and has been the security manager at St. Vincent’s Health Services in Bridgeport Connecticut since February 2008. He holds a Master of Science from the University of New Haven in Investigations with a concentration in Digital Forensics. At St. Vincent’s, Kevin manages a proprietary security team of over 48 full-time positions and oversees security and safety metrics for the 350-bed acute care hospital and 76-bed inpatient behavioral health site. He is also a lead instructor in the Oleoresin Capsicum Aerosol Training (OCAT) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) modules for security staff. Kevin has over 20 years of experience in security management of hotel, hospitality and healthcare environments.
